How long does it take to ship my item?

All orders are shipped between 5 to 12 Business days. Depending on the item it may ship sooner.

Custom orders are shipped within 7 to 21 business days. Maybe sooner.

Will I receive a Tracking number?

Yes, your tracking number will be emailed once your item is shipped.

What if my package is lost?

All packages leave with a tracking number. If your package's tracking number said it was delivered, but you have not received your package, we recommend the following:

• Check with your neighbors
• If you live in a condo/apartment, check with your doorman, office, or the mailroom.
• Still can't find it? Talk to your mailman. They may remember the package!
• File a claim with USPS.

Unfortunately, once the package leaves DeZigns That Speak, there is not much more we can do. It becomes a matter to take up with USPS.
